Founded and built a member-funded chamber of commerce from the ground up, from organizational design and incorporation through a live member platform and public programming.

Organizational design: Defined the operating model, governance, and positioning for a new nonprofit, and carried it through state incorporation.
Technology implementation: Built and launched a member platform with automated data pipelines against public state data, plus the supporting email and web infrastructure.
Operations systems: Set up the project, contact, and decision tracking backbone that runs the organization day to day.
Brand and outreach: Created the brand identity and website, ran paid social campaigns, and led in-person member recruitment.
Research and advocacy: Produced policy research, delivered public comment at the state level, and designed member programming and local ordinance proposals.

Fractional Director of Operations for a media production company and its podcast brand, building the infrastructure for growth and outside investment.

Infrastructure: Set up Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion, planned the email migration, and moved domains into company-owned accounts.
Asset ownership: Brought Meta and Facebook assets back from a prior agency, and audited accounts held by contractors or in personal names.
Paid media: Found most ad spend reaching the wrong audience, and reset it to a measured pilot with tracking and a weekly review.
Fundraising: Built the investor data room, materials, and financial packages ahead of two seed rounds.
Process and finance: Wrote the production guides and contractor workflows, and set month-end close rules across both companies.

Designed and built a benchmarking survey network for rural chambers of commerce, from concept through pilot launch.

How it works: Chambers survey their members, the answers are pooled and kept anonymous, and every member gets a report showing how they compare.
The surveys: A recurring economic survey, plus shorter topic surveys that members can suggest.
Confidence score: A single 0 to 100 number for how confident local businesses feel, comparable town to town.
Reports: Survey answers turned automatically into designed print and PDF reports, with county maps.
Partners: Signed two founding chambers, set the first survey dates, and mapped the statewide network for growth.

Helped a volunteer-run library and museum find savings, steady its finances, and get through a change of director and treasurer.

Library and Museum

Funding and savings: Found the tax exemptions, utility programs, software discounts, and grants the organization qualifies for.
Board finances: Designed a simple monthly financial report the board can keep up to date on its own.
Technology: Recommended low-cost tools for donations, volunteers, and newsletters, and flagged a risk to its backups.
Leadership change: Made a checklist to keep accounts, logins, and records safe while the director and treasurer changed.

Implemented a new website and the platform behind it, from design to testing to launch.

Member CRM: Member records, sign-up, renewals, and the business directory in one system.
Events and payments: An events calendar with online registration, and online payments for dues and events.
Testing and launch: Ran the project plan, tested every flow, and carried the site through launch.

Client agreements: Simple terms for everyday alterations, and an agreement signed online for custom pieces.
Tools: Square for card payments, a client portal for bookings and agreements, and Google Workspace and Notion behind them.
Website and email: Moved the domain and set up professional, trusted email.
Forms: A branded measurement form for print and tablet.
